Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH! MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented SharePoint Developer to join our team in Ft Belvoir, VA. The Product Owner III maximizes the value delivered by the team, ensuring that the team backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs. They act as primary customer advocate and primary link to business and technology strategy. The Product Owner III serves as the "voice of the customer", building and managing key relationships, synthesizing information from multiple sources, maintaining business alignment in the team backlog, and communicating effectively with various audiences with a bias toward delivering and learning quickly. Possessing the ability to connect intimately with the customer and stakeholders, they contribute to the vision and roadmap with knowledge of what the team can deliver. All while managing and prioritizing the team backlog, supporting team execution, as well as getting and applying feedback to help evolve solutions. The Product Owner III supervises and mentors subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analyze CMAP documentation thoroughly to identify bottlenecks, redundant steps, and opportunities for workflow automation. Design, build, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions, forms, and workflows specifically tailored to streamline CBO operational needs. Leverage the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to eliminate manual data entry and repetitive personnel touchpoints. Ensure newly developed automated processes integrate seamlessly with existing Army databases while maintaining compliance secure enterprise architecture standards. Develop technical documentation for all newly created automated workflows and conduct rigorous testing to ensure reliability before deployment. Minimum Qualifications: HS diploma and 13 years, AS and 11 years, BS and 9 years, MS and 7 years, or PhD and 5 years’ experience in IT related field. Five (5) years of position specific relevant experience. Proven professional experience in SharePoint development, including deep proficiency with Power Automate, Power Apps, and complex SharePoint workflows. Demonstrated ability to translate complex business process documentation (such as CMAP) into actionable, automated technical requirements. Proficiency in front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern web development frameworks used in SharePoint customization. Familiarity with secure software development practices and the ability to operate effectively within strict data security frameworks (e.g., DoD IL5 environments). Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical CBO stakeholders and provide user support during transition phases. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in IT-related discipline and Nine (9) years’ experience in related field. Experience supporting DoD Army environments. Familiarity with RMF, DoD cybersecurity standards, or IL5 environments. Experience integrating SharePoint solutions with enterprise systems/databases. Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical teams. Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform, SharePoint, or Azure certifications. Knowledge of workflow optimization and business process improvement methodologies. Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen and have a current/active Secret clearance and be willing and able to obtain a TS/SCI. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel. Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and other standard equipment. The projected compensation range for this position is $117,000.00-$195,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
