Job Title: SharePoint Online & Power Platform Developer

Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 6 Months
Work Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite & Telework)


Position Overview

Seeking a senior-level SharePoint Online and Power Platform Developer to design, implement, and support enterprise collaboration and automation solutions. This role will focus on building scalable SharePoint intranet environments, developing Power Platform solutions, and ensuring governance, security, and performance across Microsoft 365 environments.


Power Platform Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions to automate business processes

  • Convert existing PDF forms into Microsoft Forms (redesign, build, and test)

  • Integrate Microsoft Forms with Power Automate flows

  • Design, build, and test Power Automate workflows to streamline manual and repetitive processes

  • Implement approval routing, Outlook email notifications, and SharePoint list integrations within automated flows

  • Ensure solutions align with organizational security and governance standards


SharePoint Online Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and implement a SharePoint Online intranet, including a HUB site architecture

  • Migrate content (PDFs, Microsoft Forms, and related materials) from a Drupal CMS (v10.6.2+) to SharePoint Online

  • Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including:

    • Site collections and site configuration

    • Libraries and lists management

    • Workflow configuration

    • Permissions and security group management

  • Improve and enforce SharePoint governance, permissions models, and best practices


Additional Responsibilities
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve SharePoint Online and Power Platform issues

  • Implement best practices for data integrity, security, and compliance

  • Gather requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders

  • Participate in governance and enhancement planning meetings

  • Provide technical guidance to developers and team members

  • Mentor junior developers on SharePoint and Power Platform best practices

  • Deliver end-user training and create comprehensive documentation


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years developing and supporting Power Platform applications (Power Automate, Power BI, etc.)

  • 5+ years experience building and managing Power Automate workflows

  • 5+ years experience with custom workflows, lists, automation, and data integration

  • 5+ years senior-level SharePoint development and administration experience (including intranet development)

  • 5+ years managing Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online environments at enterprise scale

  • 5+ years administering SharePoint Online (site creation, permissions, libraries/lists, workflows)

  • 5+ years experience with HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools

  • 5+ years experience gathering requirements and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • 4+ years experience supporting enterprise users and governance frameworks


Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certifications in SharePoint Online and/or Power Platform
