Exceptional customer service is a major./ppstrongEssential Duties Responsibilities:/strong/pulliPerforms all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member./liliEnsure that each Guest receives outstanding service by providing a Guest-friendly environment./liliTrains newer or less experienced crew members in their tasks and responsibilities./liliPractices inventory control standards./liliStore policies are being followed by all staff members./liliEnsure appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained./liliOpen and/or close the Restaurant and meet required work hours./liliManage and motivate the crew members./liliEnsure breaks are coordinated effectively and quickly./liliAssemble and package orders according to the Wingstop standard./liliAssist all other positions when necessary./liliAssist in keeping the kitchen dining room clean throughout the shift./liliEnsure that all crew members are always health safety conscious./liliResolve customer issues with efficiency and a good attitude./liliBe sure the store is clean at closing.
