As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring that the highest standards of service and efficiency are maintained. You will lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training while fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and productivity. Your role will be crucial in managing customer interactions and resolving any issues that may arise during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Supervise staff during shifts, offering direction and support to ensure operational success.
2. Customer Service: Maintain exceptional service standards, addressing customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
3. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail or food service industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and financial processes.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
