Earn up to $18/hour with tips. What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader? Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, coach members as needed, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. Shift Leaders ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe and clean environment.
