Role Overview A leadership-driven culture that invests in YOU Fast-paced, people-first environment Paid training and skill-building opportunities Flexible scheduling with full or part-time options Performance-based raises and incentive What You’ll Do: Lead and support the team during shifts Uphold Smoothie King standards in service, cleanliness, and product quality Open and/or close the store, including cash handling and checklists Manage labor, breaks, and shift flow efficiently Address guest issues with professionalism and care Train, coach, and inspire team members daily Monitor store performance and support KPI targets Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Previous leadership or keyholder experience (food service or retail preferred) Strong communication and team-building skills High accountability, integrity, and a guest-first mindset Available evenings, weekends, and up to 40 hours/week Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Willing to work in cold environments (walk-in coolers/freezers) Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a part-time or full-time position. This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed).
