KBS Services is looking to hire committed individuals to join our janitorial crew. We provide janitorial services to our partners at Amazon warehouses all around the country.

Shift Lead Duties:

- Under direction of the Site Manager, you are to lead (direct, prioritize, coordinate, and review the work of) janitors, instruct janitors and perform janitorial work in a warehouse facility and to do related work as required.

1. Lead the work of a group of Janitors.

2. Give on-the-job instruction to Janitors, maintain standards of work performance and review the work of Janitors.

3. Requisition and maintain a stock of janitorial supplies, keeping necessary records.

4. Report to supervisory staff on building conditions, especially those requiring other than janitorial attention.

5. Perform all duties typical of the Janitor class in personally cleaning an assigned area of limited size.

6. Act as the main point of contact for departments in the building which require special support or attention.

7. Coordinate special services for operating departments, including, but not limited to, setting up rooms and special cleaning details.

Some of the main duties will consist of but are not limited to:

- Cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, office areas.

- Sweeping, mopping, taking out trashes.

- Dusting, and some deep cleaning.

This position will require frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
