Position: Shift Supervisor
Location: Danbury Fair Mall, Danbury, CT
Description: Chomp Chomp, a bustling fast-casual restaurant renowned for its mouthwatering burgers and pastrami sandwiches, is currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Shift Supervisor to join our team at Danbury Fair Mall. The Shift Supervisor will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations during assigned shifts.
Supervise and support team members to ensure efficient service and adherence to company policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining and kitchen areas.
Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash drawers accurately at the end of each shift.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food service industry preferred.
Previous experience handling burgers and pastrami preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
