SBA Home North Carolina - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. The investment is worth $70 million. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. The company's main customer is IKEA. Today we are looking for Shift Supervisor or else called Team Leader who manage workers and operators during a specific shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the production line, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and direction to production staff during the shift.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing organizational standards.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
• Ensure all production documentation such as reports and logs are maintained and updated.

Requirement:

• Previous experience as a shift supervisor or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
