SHIPPING / CUSTOMER SERVICE WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Full-Time | On-Site | Sports Cards & Collectibles
Pay: $22–$24 per hour (based on experience)
We’re hiring Shipping / Customer Service Warehouse Associates to help power one of the fastest-growing sports collectibles companies in the industry.
If you’re organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in getting orders out accurately and on time, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy
- Prepare packages for USPS, UPS, and FedEx
- Label, sort, and stage outgoing shipments
- Assist with inbound shipments and inventory organization
- Help handle customer service inquiries related to orders, shipping, and tracking
- Work closely with sales and live-stream teams to support daily operations
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong attention to detail (accuracy matters here)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Able to lift packages (typically up to 40 lbs)
- Basic computer skills (order systems, email, tracking)
- Customer-first mindset — you care about doing things right
No prior warehouse experience required — we’ll train the right person.
