WHAT YOU’LL DOPick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracyPrepare packages for USPS, UPS, and FedExLabel, sort, and stage outgoing shipmentsAssist with inbound shipments and inventory organizationHelp handle customer service inquiries related to orders, shipping, and trackingWork closely with sales and live-stream teams to support daily operationsKeep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently WHO WE’RE LOOKING FORStrong attention to detail (accuracy matters here)Reliable, punctual, and team-orientedComfortable working in a warehouse environmentAble to lift packages (typically up to 40 lbs)Basic computer skills (order systems, email, tracking)Customer-first mindset — you care about doing things rightNo prior warehouse experience required — we’ll train the right person.
