Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the shipping and receiving departments, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Train, mentor, and supervise shipping and receiving team members, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, inspect for damage, and report discrepancies. Coordinate outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation for timely delivery. Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent data entry and regular cycle counts. Manage and maintain warehouse organization, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and proficiently.
