Job Title: Shipping Associate
Pay: $16.00/hr. to $18.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Contract Duration: Temp to Hire

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support all aspects of shipping into and out of the Stereo office.
- Supports both Domestic and International shipping arrangements.
- Must fully document transactions of all product in Microsoft Great Plains.
- Understand the portals used for shipment of product for each of the carriers used.
- Communicate to the team any issues or delays experienced in the shipment coordination.
- Complete, maintain and process pertinent paperwork.
- Represent the company in the appropriate manner in the industry including timeliness, personal habits and appearance.
- Keep Management informed of significant issues.
- Assist with the Stereo Production side of the business as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
- 1+ year shipping experience in a warehouse environment
- Proficient computer skills to include MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
