This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Ship accurate and on-time shipments of products to customers Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse Verify and provide all required documentation for domestic and international shipments Communicate effectively with freight forwarders and logistics partners Deliver parts and raw materials to production areas Maintain accurate inventory counts and records Ensuring safety and organization in all work areas Escalating critical issues such as shipping errors or inventory discrepancies to the Manager Following safe work practices and company policies Accurately and promptly completing all inventory transactions Pay Rate: $15.50/hr. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00-3:30pm 8:00am-4:30pm Key Competencies: Attentionto Detail : Ensures accuracy in shipping documentation, inventorycounts, and order fulfillment. Organization& Time Management : Maintains a clean and orderly warehouse;prioritizes tasks to meet shipping deadlines. CommunicationSkills : Communicates effectively with freight forwarders, productionteams, and supervisors. Teamwork& Collaboration : Works cooperatively with others tosupport production and warehouse operations. TechnicalProficiency : Operates warehouse equipment includinghigh-lift forklifts; uses inventory management systems. Physical Stamina : Capable of lifting 75+ pounds andperforming physically demanding tasks throughout the day. High school diploma or equivalent.
