Shipping Clerk | $18.00 per hour | 1st Shift (M–TH 6am–4pm)

As a Shipping Clerk, you will manage the flow of materials into and out of the facility while ensuring all products meet specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This role includes performing inspections, processing transactions in SAP, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate shipping and receiving documentation. You will verify incoming and outgoing shipments, support packaging and export compliance, and communicate discrepancies to the appropriate teams. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work across departments.

· Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections using measuring tools and approved specifications
· Process shipping and receiving transactions in SAP and maintain accurate records
· Pick, pack, ship orders, and coordinate logistics including UPS/FedEx systems
· Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely

· High school diploma or GED required
· 2+ years shipping/receiving and/or QA/QC experience preferred
· Ability to read engineering drawings, shop orders, and shipping instructions
· Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and basic Microsoft Office skills

The pay range for this position is $18.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
