Job Title: Shipping Clerk Reports To: Shipping Supervisor Job Description: This position is responsible for packing and shipping all finished products for delivery. Duties & Responsibilities Ensure all shipping documents and functions are completed accurately and on time. Prepare outgoing packages for shipment utilizing UPS, Fed-Ex and other delivery services. Ensure that orders are completed and the proper labels and paperwork have been applied. Screen for obvious damage on parts. Verify any discrepancies in quantity. Operate stretch wrap banders and build pallets for shipments. Operate dolly, pallet jack to loading and unloading material/products. Strong attention to details with a focus on accuracy. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Skills / Qualifications 1-2 years of related hands‑on experience in a shipping role for manufacturing. Computer experience skills. Good interpersonal skills required. Warehouse or forklift experience is a plus. Ability to bend, twist, kneel, squat and stand working up to 10 hrs. a day. Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 50–60lbs. Have a valid Driver’s License. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; perform work independently without being prompted as well as contributing to a team effort. Job Type Full Time Mon –Thurs. 6:30am – 5:00pm and Fri/Sat. OT as needed. Compensation $13-16/hour Competitive wage and benefit package.
