Shipping & Receiving Associate

Pay Rate: $19 $24 per hour
Location: On-site Manufacturing Facility

Four Seasons Manufacturing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role is critical to ensuring materials and finished goods move efficiently, accurately, and safely throughout the facility.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders

• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment

• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow

• Keep shipping and receiving areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

• Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic computer skills and ability to track inventory
