Note: Shift Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm. Must Be Fully Cleared Prior To Start. Steel Toe Shoes Required. If selected for the role, candidate must bring first day reporting instructions with them. Top Required Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Ability to pull, sort, and ship retail, wholesale, and grower orders
• Strong attention to detail to ensure shipping accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Experience using handheld scanners, barcode systems, and spreadsheets
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating procedures, and manuals
• Ability to meet shipping deadlines, including priority shipments
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate labeling equipment
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime/weekends

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience operating Carousel systems (PickPro preferred)
• Experience with materials management or inventory systems
• Experience customizing cartons or skids for customer-specific shipments
• Prior fulfillment, warehouse, or shipping experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Pick, pack, sort, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Operate Carousel systems and handheld scanners for order fulfillment
• Process packing lists, shipping documentation, and time sheets accurately
• Ensure proper tracking and inventory movement using internal systems
• Customize cartons/skids and skid-pack items for shipment
• Restock inventory, manage stockroom bins, and pull replenishment product

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Related experience and/or training in fulfillment or warehouse operations
• Strong math, data entry, and documentation skills
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends as needed
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
