As a Shop Welder, your main responsibilities will include performing various welding tasks on metal parts and structures within our workshop. You'll apply a range of welding techniques to guarantee that every weld meets our top-tier standards. Responsibilities

• Perform various welding techniques.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is in safe working condition.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to promote a safe working environment.
• Participate in regular training and skill development to enhance welding techniques and safety awareness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of welding experience in a shop environment.
• Certification in FCAW and SMAW welding processes.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a drug and breath alcohol test.
