Showroom Coordinator Apply
This role has been opened in the past to cover LOA; however, manager was very disappointed in the number of interviews that no- showed. Looking for a better turn around this time for the right fit.
Must Have:
- 1+ years of Microsoft Teams Experience, able to access Google, company website or make adjustment to word documents
- Demonstrate advanced keyboard proficiency, capable of typing efficiently without visual reference
- 1 year of recent Customer Service Experience (successful candidate would be individuals who have been hostesses at restaurants, or high-end salons.)
- Candidate must have high energy level and personality
Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the showroom.
- Ability to utilize MS Teams to efficiently track customers as they enter the showroom. (Able to discuss more during training)
- Answer incoming showroom calls.
- Effectively communicate appointment policy.
- Manage customer sign-ins, central appointment book and customer job folders.
- Maintain customer coffee and water center
- Manage customer interface for consultants
Qualifications:
- High school degree required.
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Ability to multitask
- Able to handle different personalities and maintain a calm demeanor
