This role has been opened in the past to cover LOA; however, manager was very disappointed in the number of interviews that no- showed. Looking for a better turn around this time for the right fit.

Must Have:

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Teams Experience, able to access Google, company website or make adjustment to word documents
  • Demonstrate advanced keyboard proficiency, capable of typing efficiently without visual reference
  • 1 year of recent Customer Service Experience (successful candidate would be individuals who have been hostesses at restaurants, or high-end salons.)
  • Candidate must have high energy level and personality

Responsibilities:

  • Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the showroom.
  • Ability to utilize MS Teams to efficiently track customers as they enter the showroom. (Able to discuss more during training)
  • Answer incoming showroom calls.
  • Effectively communicate appointment policy.
  • Manage customer sign-ins, central appointment book and customer job folders.
  • Maintain customer coffee and water center
  • Manage customer interface for consultants

Qualifications:

  • High school degree required.
  • Experience in sales and customer service.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Able to handle different personalities and maintain a calm demeanor
