Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our operations effectively. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a crucial leadership role, where your expertise will contribute significantly to the success of the branch and the organization as a whole.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations and manage team members to achieve performance goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control expenses.
- Assess market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular training sessions to develop staff skills and knowledge.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment to motivate employees.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to strengthen partnerships.
- Optimize inventory management and coordinate stock control processes.
- Resolve customer and employee concerns promptly and professionally.
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance and present findings to senior management.
Requirements
- For internal Applicants SPIII or SP IV completed
- Proven experience in a managerial role, ideally within the retail or supply industry.
- Strong ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
