RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to work orders called in by guests, members, and other departments in a timely fashionTrack outstanding work orders and follow up to completionPerform daily inspections of work areas and equipment to ensure that they are neat and cleanParticipate in annual unit check list program to maintain units in "as new" conditionLook for opportunities to upgrade the quality and safety of the property and report them to management for actionOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2 years of experience in all aspects of maintenance requiredDesirable to be HVAC certifiedDesirable to have EPA certificationMust have a valid driver's licenseMust have High School diploma or GED equivalentMust be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, late shifts, and on-callMust be able to lift and carry 40 lbs.Desirable to have certified pool operator's licenseDATES OF EMPLOYMENT: Flex Year Round - may have periods of layoff or reduced hoursPAY RATE: $27.00 per hourDeer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
