**SIMON | Loader Operator-Mobile Plant**Operates a variety of heavy equipment, vehicles, and tooling utilized in construction and/or plant production activities. *Highly qualified candidates will have experience operating multiple pieces of equipment in related field. All candidates will be required to assist with other tasks related to asphalt plant construction. This would be a great opportunity to cross train on multiple types of equipment. All prospective candidates should enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather, be open to working in a fast-paced environment, have the ability provide excellent service to internal and external customers, and have the ability to travel extensively with overnight stays away from home for extended periods of time on the Highway Asphalt Plant.
