Site AdminThe Site Admin plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant operation of the manufacturing site. This position provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and human resources support to site leadership, employees, and cross-functional partners. The Site Admin serves as a central point of coordination for employee services, documentation management, and administrative processes to support operations and Human Resources. Working closely with the Site Leadership Team and Human Resources, the Site Admin supports key activities including new-hire onboarding, training coordination, employee engagement events, compliance documentation, and general administrative functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and operational information.Site SupportWeekly reporting on attendance and vacation to ensure proper coverage in the units. Oversees other Unit admins in administration of Time & Attendance.Tracks and maintains and communicates headcount and vacation schedules.Calculates year end vacation premium pay for union employees.Maintains training for HR or Compliance completed in operations.Assist in organizing employee engagement and volunteer programs locally.Provides support to site New Hire Process.Ordering office supplies and consumables as needed.Backup to support the site I-9 administration.Handle administrative requests and queries appropriately Arrange meetings, appointments and provide reminders Completes data entry and reports accurately Produce reports, presentations and other clerical documentationProvides administrative support to site Leadership TeamMaintains organizational chart for the site and distribution lists.WFM/Time & Attendance.Site Time and Attendance WFM Owner / Handles timekeeping of the employees; troubleshoots pay issues.Conduct WFM time entry audits as requested to ensure accuracy & compliance.QualificationsThis role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and operational information. Highly organized and detail-orientedStrong communication skills, as well as persistence and reliabilityAble to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentConfidential, reliable, and adept at navigating sensitive HR informationComfortable collaborating across HR, Operations, Safety, Quality, and LeadershipExcellent proficiency in MS Office Tools, SAP, WFM/ADPGood knowledge of production structure and processes.At least 5 years administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing industry.AS or BA/BS degree preferred
