They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead their construction division. Responsibilities Lead and manage the construction division, overseeing all construction activities from conception to completion Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects within set timelines Continuously monitor project deliverables and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress in a timely manner Coach and support project team members, delegating tasks to ensure efficient project progression Record all details of invoice, payment, contracts, approvals, installation, etc., and maintain meticulous records Periodically check project schedules based on targets and disseminate information across departments Be attuned to specific project details, such as site conditions, delivery delays, or special requests from dealers Share weekly project progress reports with the team, and more frequently as required Attend and prepare for meetings with partners, clients, and vendors Review and verify layouts, Detailed Drawings (DD), Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and other essential documents Requirements: Willing to work in Jakarta, Indonesia Korean Nationality Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field Strong business acumen in project planning and management Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills Demonstrated leadership abilities Proficiency in English is a must; Mandarin language skills will be a significant plus Ability to read and interpret Detailed Drawings Skilled in document administration using relevant tools Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or equivalent experience is an asset
