Community Health Care Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to oversee operations for multiple medical offices serving Milledgeville, Gray, and Sparta. This role is responsible for coordinating daily clinic operations, supervising staff across multiple locations, ensuring efficient, high-quality patient services. The Site Coordinator will provide leadership to clinical and front office teams, support workflow optimization, maintain compliance with policies and procedures, and serve as a key liaison between providers, staff, and administration. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supervising multiple medical offices, with Medical Assistant and front desk experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
