About the Role:

As the Site General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the travel center, leading a diverse team, and executing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure optimal service delivery and efficiency across all departments, including fuel management, convenience store, and food service.

• Actively engage with customers to enhance their experience, resolve any issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply chain logistics to ensure product availability and operational continuity.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, particularly regarding safety, fuel storage, and environmental standards.
