Contingent upon contract award.
First Division Consulting is looking for a Site Lead to oversee the Multi-Domain Operations Center Training Team (MOC TT) and manage the Training Exercise and Employment Plan (TEEP) at C2 TECOE. This role ensures the seamless execution of training programs, curriculum development, and integration with Marine Corps C2 systems.
The contractor shall perform the following:
- Lead and manage all aspects of MOC TT operations.
- Coordinate and oversee the TEEP for training and exercises.
- Provide mentorship and technical expertise to teams.
- Ensure compliance with training standards and objectives.
Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance required.
- Proven experience managing large-scale training or operational programs.
- Familiarity with Marine Corps C2 systems and TEEP management.
- Must be a US citizen.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required.
- Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
