We work with brands across the supplement, wellness, and sports nutrition industries and are focused on long-term growth and operational excellence.The RoleWe are hiring a Quality Site Manager to lead and build the quality program for our Erlanger, Kentucky manufacturing facility.This role will oversee site quality systems, laboratory operations, and cross-functional quality initiatives while working closely with Operations, Production, and Leadership teams. The Quality Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring our manufacturing processes consistently meet high standards for safety, compliance, and product integrity.This role requires a hands-on leader with strong problem-solving skills and a systems mindset. You will help design and implement modern quality systems that improve accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement across the facility as we scale our operations.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the site-wide quality program including sanitation, allergen control, ingredient verification, seal integrity, and traceabilityDevelop and oversee digital quality workflows, metrics, and reporting systemsEstablish and manage an internal testing lab, including equipment, systems, and team developmentMonitor production quality performance and implement improvements when issues arisePartner with Operations, Production, and Engineering teams to integrate quality into daily processesEnsure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and strong documentation practicesImplement root-cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurring issuesDevelop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that track quality performanceCoach cross-functional teams to strengthen ownership and accountability for quality outcomesRepresent Steuart Nutrition’s mission and culture through high standards of integrity and leadershipQualificationsStrong leadership and problem-solving skills with a systems-oriented mindsetAbility to build and improve quality processes in a manufacturing environmentStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departmentsHands-on approach to troubleshooting and process improvementOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesAlignment with our mission, values, and a character-driven workplaceExperience in quality management, manufacturing, or food/supplement production preferredExperience with audits, root-cause analysis, metrics, or quality systems is strongly preferredMicrobiology lab experience, aseptic sampling methods, or GLP experience are helpful but not requiredInterest in automation, digital tools, or data-driven quality systems is a plusNo degree required — capability, discipline, and character matter most.Compensation & GrowthCompensation is benchmarked to Quality Management roles in Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati manufacturing market.As Steuart Nutrition continues to scale, this leadership role may expand into broader quality or operational leadership across the organization.Potential future paths include Multi-Site Quality Leadership, Corporate Quality Roles, or hybrid leadership opportunities across Quality and R&D depending on performance and company growth.Application QuestionsHi, thank you for applying for this position.
