Interview Type: Virtual through Teams or in-person based on scheduling availability

Sorting and staging letters and boxes on a dock, checking in packages with a provided scanning device using a provided app, moving packages via small carts and flat beds carts, delivering to mailstops across campus using maps. Picking up outgoing packages form mailstops and staging to outgoing teams in the distribution center. Looking up tracking numbers on a provided computer, responding to customer emails with when packages were delivered. Posting letter mail via USPS postage machine, sorting letter mail, preparing and labeling outgoing FedEx packages. Moving packages intercampus on request. Other duties as needed. Someone who is flexible, able to be a part of a team, takes direction well, once trained able to self-start and stay on task throughout the day. Able to follow a general schedule but open to deviation if emergencies arrive (Bad weather, truck delays, construction work on site etc.). Able to read and understand campus maps, basic Microsoft Office suite use, respond professionally to customer emails. Yes, standing and walking, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, anything over 50 pounds with help. Pushing and pulling small carts and flat bed carts with packages on them. PARKING IS FREE - multiple lots and entrances

Requirements:

Requires high school diploma or GED and1-2 years of related work experience.

Some related copy job experience is preferred.

May require valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.

Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite. Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair is preferred.

Requires knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures.

Basis electronics knowledge is preferred.

Possesses ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects.

Possesses ability to determine correct method and packing material as well as check packing slips for accuracy of incoming materials.

Possesses ability to comprehend instructions concerning mail delivery.

Possesses troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Possesses ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of manuals, parts books and related publications.

Possesses excellent customer relations skills and excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities: Fulfill orders received through a Power App, including staging, printing, collating, and packing according to customer specifications. Utilize FedEx Shipping Manager and customer shipping software. Accuracy is critical as products are financial in nature. Mandatory attendance is required during the middle two weeks of each month, with possible overtime for permanent employees. Strong computer proficiency is essential, as all communication occurs via Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
Key Duties
• Operate high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, mailing, and bindery equipment.
• Perform copying tasks, shipping and receiving, and electronic document filing.
• Maintain copier functionality, including basic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Conduct scanning/imaging, quality control, and final checks.
• Maintain records for reports and inventory; enter activities/jobs into a Google Document log.
• Respond to and coordinate service calls; assist with filing and archiving.
• Operate various equipment such as paper cutters, bindery tools, and copiers.
• Understand Ricoh Services Portfolio & Technology; capture data for Ricoh MOR, SPG, and job logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Pack, wrap and carry boxes up to 50lbs from a counter to a cart.
Additional Notes
• May require periodic overtime.
• Most of the day is on your feet. Only a portion of a typical day would include being seated at a desk.

• Position reports to Site Manager, Site Leader.
