Diagnose problems and determine the best solution. Ensure all work is completed safely and to code. Maintain a clean, professional work environment. Communicate effectively with clients and team members. Manage materials, timelines, and job site cleanliness. Qualifications: Proven experience as a handyman, contractor, or similar role. Strong knowledge of residential repair techniques and tools. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
