Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical maintenance and repair tasks across various residential and commercial properties managed by Heroic Rentals.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and execute major electrical projects, including system upgrades and renovations.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, inspections, and repairs conducted.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and property owners, addressing any electrical concerns or questions with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an electrician, with a minimum of 5 years in the field. Experience in property management or residential services preferred.
- Valid electrician license/certification in South Carolina or equivalent credentials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in electrical engineering or a related field is a plus.
