Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Mechanical Assembler II to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellence, and an eagerness to learn and grow. Reporting to the Production Supervisor and collaborating closely with assembly leads, you will play a critical role in the assembly of high-quality machines, utilizing your hands-on mechanical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble machine components using hand and power tools.
• Interpret blueprints and follow specifications.
• Report issues to the Assembly Lead/Supervisor.
• Use Made2Manage (M2M) for job tracking.
• Follow safety protocols and meet deadlines.
• Transport parts, assist with welding (TIG/MIG preferred), and perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred.
• 3+ years of assembly experience in manufacturing.
• Mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing (80%), fine motor handling (50%), and near visual acuity (85%).
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs with wheels, 40 lbs without.
• Indoor work with high noise levels (95%).
