Job Description:
Provide direct nursing care and support to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility environment

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive care plans

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare standards

Education and Certification Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of Idaho
