Skilled Nursing Lpn Staff Nurse Apply
| Job Summary This position provides care to assigned residents in a caring, safe and efficient manner and is responsible to perform the following according to location standards, procedures and individualized resident care plans. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assures medications and treatments are administered to assigned residents following nursing standards of practice. Updates care plan as needed. Licensure for state of practice is required. BLS Skills/Abilities: Basic ability to communicate and comprehend; ability to measure and comprehend certain quantities; knowledge of basic nursing skills; knowledge and familiarity with the therapeutic effects and side effects of all medications administered. Knowledge: Physical/Mental Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Comments:Local rates apply within 80 miles - 54.65/51.92 Must have active MN license to apply a) Shift Detail (if variable, please list what primary shifts will be covered), list specific times: Variable Days b) Are shifts 8s or 12s? 8 or 12s or a mix are available. Shifts are 6:30a-3p or 7 p c) Weekend Coverage/Rotation (i.e. every other, every 3rd): every other weekend d) Holiday Coverage/Rotation: would be asked to work 2 holidays e) Length of Assignment : 13 weeks f) Guarantee: 40 g) Can use RN instead.
