Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our Rockledge team! You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades / construction professionals for select high-profile clients. We’re looking for someone with established sourcing and recruiting experience within the skilled trades / construction industry, impeccable customer service skills, and one who is experienced in adjusting quickly to new demands and direction throughout the work week.

• Location: Rockledge, FL
• Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000 (depending on experience)
• Incentive: $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission
• Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
• Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
• Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles (we are not considering those with light industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, etc. backgrounds)
• Strong sourcing skills
• Proven ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
• Bilingual a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
