Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized support within an elementary school setting. This contract role spans the current school year through May 21, 2026, with onsite responsibilities in Benton, AR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve a caseload of 36-40 early childhood students across 3-4 campuses, focusing on speech and language development.
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor student progress and modify interventions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license or eligibility to serve under Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status.
  • Experience in school-based speech-language pathology or a strong interest in early childhood caseloads.
  • Ability to manage caseloads effectively across multiple campuses.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Location Details:

  • Position is onsite within elementary school campuses located in Benton, Arkansas.
