Working Territory: PEORIA, IL & DAVENPORT, IA
- New Sales Advisors can expect to earn $85,000 a year
- Experience Sales Advisors can earn over $150,000 a year
- Unlimited earning potential with a 100% commission-based compensation plan

$85,000 - $150,000+ Annually
An ADT Residential Sales Representative's primary responsibility is to sell ADT's home automation and security solutions to potential customers. This involves building lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the appropriate products and services. Representatives also focus on lead generation, delivering sales presentations, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identifying and prioritizing potential customers using various techniques.
- Needs Assessment: Understanding the specific needs and preferences of potential customers.
- Presentations and Proposals: Delivering compelling presentations and proposals tailored to individual customer needs.
- Closing Deals: Successfully closing sales by overcoming objections and securing customer agreements.
- Customer Relations: Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Post-Installation Follow-up: Following up with customers after installation to ensure they are happy with the service and encourage repeat business.
Required Skills:
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to sell products and services and close deals.

Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Required Licensing: Valid driver’s license

Pay and Benefits Disclosure: Sales advisors will receive uncapped commission plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based upon performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $85,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.
