Currently we the are #1 DeFi options protocol on Solana and #2 across Ethereum. We’ve raised $9.3 million to help us achieve this mission with top Web3 investors such as Dragonfly Capital, Pantera, Coinbase Ventures, and others.
Our team is an extremely talented group of people with strong finance expertise and tech/startup engineering experience. We are fully remote but work closely together to achieve our mission with a focus on our core values.
The Role
We are looking for a self-driven Rust engineer to join our core engineering team and build out significant components of our smart contract and backend including buy-side and sell-side management, pricing, settlement, and clearing processes.
Responsibilities
- Feature development - you will be develop, test and ship new backend features that supports our protocol.
- Infrastructure - you will define how we run, tests, and deploys backend services to our users and customers.
- Interacting with users - you will be interacting with and support our growing community of retail investors and market-makers.
Requirements
Crypto native - you are active in the crypto community, ideally in DeFi
2 years of experience with Solana, launching meaningful projects
Experience launching large, complex, multifunctional projects
Experience with Rust
