Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

· Minimum 10 years of experience in TLM and asset management industry

· Experience in implementing on-prem or SaaS (preferred) version of TLM

· Understanding of Accounting and Custody Securities Position, Trade and Cash Reconciliation workflows

· Experience in working with business and client teams to configure and deploy reconciliation solutions

· Experience in implementing AI solutions to reduce breaks will be preferred

· Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

· To lead assessment to understand current state, define target state and roadmap for implementation on TLM

· To build and lead TLM implementation team

· To support TLM projects across multiple clients

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Candidate should have strong Hands-on experience in Smartstream TLM and asset management industry
