SMT Machine Operator Department: SMD Assembly Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain SMT equipment including Pick & Place machines, Reflow Ovens, Screen Printers, and SPI systems Perform feeder changeovers and equipment setup for new jobs Identify electronic components (value & polarity) Troubleshoot machine and process issues Perform soldering of PTH components (IPC certification preferred) Inspect boards for defects and ensure quality standards are met Record production data including downtime and defects Collaborate with engineering on new product introductions Perform daily/weekly/monthly preventative maintenance Qualifications 1–2+ years of SMT experience in electronics manufacturing Ability to troubleshoot and improve SMT processes Experience with Yamaha machines (preferred but not required) Associate degree or equivalent experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work instructions PCB Test Technician Department: Functional Test Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Install and maintain test systems, software, and equipment Troubleshoot production hardware to the component level Support production testing and failure analysis Reduce false failures and minimize tester downtime Maintain and program AOI inspection systems Debug and maintain flying probe testers Train production staff on new testing procedures Qualifications 3–7 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or related field Associate degree, Trade/Vocational certification, or equivalent (Electronics/Electrical preferred) 2+ years of troubleshooting experience (required) Ability to read and follow technical instructions in English Ability to distinguish colors and fine detail Capable of lifting 20+ lbs. and working in a production environment What We Offer 401(k) + Company Match Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off Overtime opportunities Schedule Monday–Friday 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Night shift, overtime, and weekends as needed Work Location: In person – Duluth, GA #J-18808-Ljbffr
