Overview Purpose of the position 1. Ensure the efficiency, stability and continuous optimization of the SMT technology production process. 2. Through technical management and team leadership achieve the Comprehensive goals of product quality, efficiency and cost control. 3. Provide core support for the manufacturing competitiveness of the organization. Responsibilities Be responsible for establishing, maintaining and optimizing the SMT process standards and parameters to ensure they are under control and in the best condition. Technical problem resolution and prevention. Technological capacity building and innovation. Team leadership and knowledge inheritance. Have good communication and reporting skill, with the ability to communicate with customers technically. Summarize and refine risk points for proactive improvement. Education and work experience 4-years of high school or Associate degree or higher academic qualifications.
