We are seeking a Snack Innovation Tester to join our team and assist in the development of new snack products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tasting and providing feedback on a variety of snack prototypes to help us create delicious and marketable products. Responsibilities Taste test a wide range of snack products to assess flavor, texture, and overall quality. Work closely with the product development team to provide detailed feedback on each snack sampled. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new snack ideas and concepts. Keep detailed records of tasting notes and provide recommendations for product improvement. Stay up-to-date on current food trends and consumer preferences in the snack industry. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all testing is conducted efficiently and accurately. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field preferred. Proven experience in food testing, quality control, or a related role. Strong sense of taste and smell, with the ability to articulate flavors and textures accurately. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
