This role offers a steady part-time schedule of 24 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday shifts required. Mandatory lunch breaks are provided each shift to promote well-being and efficiency.Required Skills:Valid LPN or LVN license in good standingMinimum of 2 years recent experience in a long-term care (LTC) settingStrong clinical assessment and documentation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPunctual and reliable attendance, with strict adherence to scheduleCapable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have Skills:Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systemsKnowledge of federal and state healthcare regulationsBilingual abilities to serve diverse resident populationsAdditional certifications such as CPR or First AidPreferred Education and Experience:Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credentialAt least two years of recent LTC experienceOther Requirements:Must be able to work every other weekend and holiday shiftsMandatory compliance with facility policies regarding punctuality and attendanceMust be able to perform essential nursing duties, including lifts and transfers as neededWillingness to abide by facility protocols and participate in ongoing staff developmentCandidates who are passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care and eager to be part of a dedicated team are encouraged to apply.
