About the job Snowflake Data Engineer Position: Snowflake Data Engineer Company: TALENT HIVE, LLC Contract Details: Full-time TALENT HIVE, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Snowflake Data Engineer to join our client's team on a full-time basis. As a leading provider of talent solutions, we are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about data and has a strong understanding of Snowflake to help us build and maintain our data infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Snowflake data warehouse. You will work closely with our data analysts and other team members to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of our data systems. You will also be responsible for optimizing and improving our data processes and workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop data warehouse solutions using Snowflake - Work with data analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Build and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Snowflake - Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data integrity and performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data models and data dictionaries - Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information - Optimize and tune Snowflake performance to ensure efficient data processing - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and Snowflake Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on Snowflake - Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture and best practices - Experience with ETL tools and processes - Proficient in SQL and data modeling - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
