Social Media Coordinator|Assistant Apply
Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and shareable content for Facebook and Instagram.
- Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Monitor and manage all social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) for multiple accounts.
- Monitor competitor online activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Schedule and publish regular posts to maintain an active and consistent online presence daily.
- Potential traveling to our office locations in the Atlanta area for content creation with our doctors and patients.
- Interact with followers and respond to comments or messages promptly.
- Implement strategies to increase audience engagement and foster positive relationships.
- Track and analyze social media performance using tools such as Meta Business and other social media insights.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights weekly and monthly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns and posts.
- Support the Marketing Team by handling daily tasks and contributing to the smooth execution of marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop and Canva mostly)
- Basic photography skills for creating visually appealing content
- Experience in video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO principles to optimize social media content
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated portfolio of successful social media campaigns/works.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
