Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  1. Assist in creating and managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms.

  2. Develop content calendars and ensure timely posting of all content.

  3. Monitor and engage with the community across all social media channels.

  4. Track social media performance and generate reports using analytics tools.

  5. Stay up to date with social media trends and implement new strategies to grow engagement.

  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for content creation and campaign execution.

  7. Respond to client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  8. Handle client meetings, shoots, and digital tasks as required.

  9. Support in maintaining client reputation and handling online feedback.
