Collaborate with cross-functional teams for content creation and campaign execution.
Respond to client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Handle client meetings, shoots, and digital tasks as required.
Support in maintaining client reputation and handling online feedback.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Engagement Rate: Likes, shares, comments, and interactions on posts.
Follower Growth: Increase in followers on client accounts.
Content Quality Score: Client feedback on content quality.
Response Time: Average time taken to reply to client inquiries.
Social Media ROI: Measured return on investment for campaigns.
Client Satisfaction Score: Based on client feedback.
Crisis Management Efficiency: Handling and resolving online issues.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Execution:
Implement social media strategies and campaigns aligned with client objectives.
Ensure timely delivery of all campaign materials.
2. Content Creation and Engagement:
Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for clients.
Actively engage with the online community to foster growth and interaction.
3. Client Communication and Support:
Maintain open communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Support the Social Media Manager and Brand Manager in executing strategies.
4. Performance Tracking and Optimization:
Monitor social media performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.
Provide regular reports and updates to clients and management.
5. Reputation Management:
Help manage any online feedback, ensuring a positive image for clients.
