About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Organic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our

digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate understands organic content

strategies, stays updated with trends, and can deliver high-quality posts that drive

engagement and community growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage daily content across our social platforms.

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals

• Research and propose new content ideas aligned with brand tone and audience

interests.

• Analyze insights and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Monitor daily engagement and manage community interactions (comments, DMs,

replies).

• Identify organic growth opportunities through trends, hashtags, formats, and timing.

• Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams for campaigns and creatives.

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in organic social media management (internships can count)

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and current content trends.

• Excellent writing and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze metrics and use insights for improvement.

• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, and basic reel

editing.

• Good understanding of AI for content, design, and video editing

• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
