Create an inspiring team environment with open communication.
Set clear team goals and manage day-to-day operations.
Monitor team performance and motivate members to achieve their goals.
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
Mediate and resolve team conflicts or issues.
Act as the main point of contact for clients.
Handle client meetings, shoots, and digital tasks.
Client Reputation Management & Damage Control.
Oversee team performance and provide feedback to management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Client Satisfaction Score (via feedback and surveys).
Campaign Success Rate (campaigns meeting/exceeding goals).
Engagement Rate (likes, shares, comments per post).
Content Quality Score (client feedback on content).
Response Time (to client inquiries/issues).
Social Media ROI (return on investment for campaigns).
Crisis Resolution Time (handling social media crises).
Follower Growth on client accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, SEO, and PPC specialists.
Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide development opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
2. Client Communication and Satisfaction:
Maintain open communication with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Support the Brand Manager in executing strategies.
3. Social Media Campaign Execution:
Develop and implement social media campaigns aligned with client objectives.
Ensure timely and effective delivery of campaign components.
4. Content Creation and Engagement:
Oversee the creation of engaging content for clients, optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
Monitor channels for potential issues and provide updates.
5. Performance Tracking and Optimization:
Track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
Regularly report metrics to clients.
6. Online Reputation Management:
Proactively manage social media crises and protect client brands online.
7. Attention to Detail:
Ensure execution aligns with strategy and maintains brand consistency.
