As a Social Media Marketing Intern , you will have the opportunity to work side by side with our Senior Director of Social Media and learn what it takes to tell the story of our brands and products through engaging social media content. You will be a valued individual contributor to the team and work alongside your cross‑functional team members from packaging, marketing, sales, and international teams to help bring innovative play experiences to market. What you will do: Develop, create, and schedule engaging social media content tailored to our audience. Write compelling copy for social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and voice. Source and curate user‑generated content (UGC) to enhance community engagement. Research social media trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and optimize content strategy. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including creative, marketing, sales, and international teams—to support brand initiatives and campaigns. What we are looking for A genuine passion for social media marketing and an interest in how to translate brand identities into engaging, thumb‑stopping content . An active user of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) who naturally stays ahead of emerging trends, viral sounds, and competitor movements. Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt your voice to different brand personalities and write compelling, platform‑specific copy. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to act as a "connector" between cross‑functional teams like Creative, Sales, and International. Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines. A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively. Solid time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus. Open to rising seniors in high school, undergraduate, or graduate students currently enrolled in an accredited institution. Must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future. Must successfully pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
